Is this all some sort of dream!? In which case I am going to gut the person who wakes me.
As if my last post about DC Comics foray into the world of webcomics via their digital imprint Zudacomics.com wasn’t enough, I also found out they’ve opened their doors to submissions and, get this:
“The copyright for each comic submitted to Zuda will be owned by its creator.”
Paul Levitz
President and Publisher, DC Comics
Right about now, a lot of you people out there are probably wondering, “what’s so surprising about that?”
Well, every creator who works on any DC title whether it’s an established title (like Superman and Batman) or something you thought up yourself (Captain Carrotman and the Bunnies of Destruction) signs away their rights to the company.
Same thing with Marvel Comics, more or less.
So, for DC Comics doing a deal like this is like…like…like…
Trust me. It’s good news!

Yay for DC! Yay for web comics! Yay for fanmen!
Fan-men as opposed to fan-boys? I like that. Ha ha ha!
